Rocky Road Fudge

I am going to try to post every other day. I hope that it will happen.
So about the Fudge. This is an easy recipe that is very yummy and quick. I like recipes that are easy, quick, and yummy. I made some tonight.


Rocky Road Fudge:
12 ounces or 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
1 cup of peanut butter- creamy or crunchy
2 cups of mini marshmallows

Takes 10-15 min to make.(not including letting sit in fridge.) First melt the chocolate chips until they are not bumpy. Then stir in the peanut butter. After the peanut butter is mixed in add the marshmallows. Then put in a 9 x 9 pan. Put in the Fridge for 10- 15 minutes. Then Enjoy!!!
If you are making this in advance you can keep in the fridge as long as you need to.

Peanut Free: Instead of putting in peanut butter you can put in Rice Krispies and make the fudge peanut free.

We tried something like that last year...it was pretty good. But it had real nuts in it so it was quite hard.
