We found this absolutely fantastic recipe on Regan's blog: Regan Family Farm. We tried it today and we like it much better then the chocolate ice cream recipe in the cuisinart booklet. Here is the recipe:
Chocolate Ice Cream
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 natural cane sugar
2 cups whole milk
3 cups cream
Blend all ingredients well. Put in Ice Cream Maker for 30 minutes or until desired consistency. ENJOY!!! :)
