Two weeks ago, our cousins and my Grandma came over and we all baked Christmas cookies. We made many types of cookies. They are: Peanut butter thumbprint, Chocolate mint thumbprint, M&M cookies, Spritz, Play dough cookies (have posted the recipe before, Also very YUMMY), Sugar cookies, and Oreo truffles. (If you would like any recipes just comment and I will try to do a post of the recipe. One of my all-time favorite kinds of cookies are M+M cookies. We usually only bake those at Christmas time but you can bake them any time of the year. Here is the recipe. They are very easy and taste very good.
M&M Cookies
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup dates, cut up (Packed or Fresh)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup plain M&M's (Or around Christmas, Red and Green)
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix together all ingredients
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet
4. Bake 12-14 minutes
Tip: The Batter will be very GOOEY and not very much like other cookie dough. (Because there is no flour)
